This competition is open to residents of the Leeds area except employees professionally associated with the competition

It is condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the parent or guardian of the child agrees to abide by these rules.

To enter this competition, toddlers must be 1- 5 years old, parent and guardian must sign the bottom of the registration form and stay with their child at all times, they must realise that the photographs will be uploaded to the Leedss Top Toddler website for voting.

Each entrance must submit an application form alongside there child images taken. Applications forms will be available online or at Crown Gate Shopping Centre during the competition.

Entries that are found to contravene these terms and conditions shall be null and void, the judges shall select an alternative entry.

All Toddlers shall be judged by the public voting system. This will select a short- list of up to 12 applicants. One shall be announced the winner at the final on the 5th September 2009

The short- list entrants shall be notified by E-mail and telephone call.

Finalist will be invited to attend the final to be held at Crown Gate Shopping Centre

The winner will be announced after catwalk show and judging

The winning toddler's parent / guardian shall be introduced to Catwalk Models and collect all prizes
All 12 finalists will all receive a selection pack of sweets and taking part in the Make A Wish 2010 calendar Other prize details available at www.toptoddler.co.uk

By entering this competition, the entrant agrees that the promoter shall have the right to publish the entrant's photographs in any of its publications and in any media.

The prizes as described are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative

The winner might be required to participate in publicity

Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the competition. The entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
